CS43158 is a multi-target protein kinase inhibitor with global patent protection, independently developed by the Company using its AI + chemical genomics technology platform.
CS43158 is designed to simultaneously target the primary oncogenic driver pathways and bypass resistance pathways involved in acute myeloid leukemia (AML), with the potential to address both primary driver mutations and acquired drug resistance. The drug demonstrates potent inhibition of clinically relevant FLT3 alterations, including wild-type FLT3 overexpression, FLT3-ITD, and FLT3-TKD mutations. In addition, it suppresses aberrant signaling driven by non-FLT3 cytokines and growth factors within the bone marrow microenvironment, thereby broadly disrupting FLT3-independent pathways that support tumor cell survival and proliferation. By simultaneously blocking the core FLT3 driver pathway and multiple bypass resistance pathways, CS43158 has the potential to enhance antitumor activity, overcome or delay resistance to FLT3 inhibitors, and provide more durable treatment benefits.
The clinical trial application for CS43158 tablets was accepted for review in July 2026.
